Refunds & Returns Policy
All of our jewellery items are delicately handled during packaging and carefully inspected prior to shipment.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
However, we will offer replacements of the same item that was purchased, if you received a defective/damaged, or incorrect item. This must be reported within 7 days of receiving. If it exceeds 7 days, then unfortunately a replacement will not be offered. We ask that return shipping be paid by the customer.
