RETURNS

All of our Jewellery items are delicately handled during packaging and carefully inspected prior to shipment. At this time we offer a 7 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 7 days upon receiving it.

Please send us an email with your name, order number, and reason for return for further information. Item must be unworn and unused in order to go ahead with the refund.

Please be advised that the customer is in charge of returning the item back to our warehouse.

Once the item is received only then will a refund will be processed. Please be sure to check the size and colour of the item before you make your purchase to ensure it is right for you.

All earrings are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return. All sale items are final and are not eligible for an exchange or return.

Due to the nature of our items only in the case of damage will refunds or exchanges be eligible.

DELIVERY CHARGES.

We are not responsible for paying any duty or taxes that may arise from
shipping. It is the customer's obligation to pay forward.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival if the product is deemed as defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please contact us with your name, order number, and a photo of the faulty item so that we can quickly resolve this issue.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer any exchanges, please check your sizing beforehand to make sure this product is right for you. Please refer to our sizing
charts for reference.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Should you fail to collect your package at the time it was delivered, it will automatically be sent back to us. We are not responsible for any lost/unclaimed packages.
